Is this a replacement for my GP or NHS pharmacist?
No. Medicines Health Check is an independent, private second opinion designed to support a better conversation with your usual care team. It does not diagnose, prescribe or tell you to change a medicine yourself.
Who reviews my information?
Every released report is checked and signed by a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Their name and registration number appear on your report.
What information can you see?
Only the information you provide. We do not automatically have access to your GP record, dispensing history or blood results, so we make the limits of the review clear and may ask for more information.
What happens if the review finds no problems?
That can be a valuable result. Your report records what was checked, confirms the monitoring that remains important and gives you a clear baseline to keep.
Is pharmacogenomics included in Diamond?
Not yet. Pharmacogenomics is planned as a future AegisRX service, but genetic testing and review of genetic or DNA reports are not currently included in Diamond. Please do not submit genetic information.
