The right route for your question

Talk to us about your review.

Ask about the service, get help with your account or tell us about a problem. Keep general enquiries separate from the clinical information you provide through your patient account.

Before you choose a review

Email hello@medreview.co.uk if you need help understanding a package, the online process or whether a service is included. Tell us the practical question you need answered, such as whether a video consultation is included or how to arrange a review for another adult.

For an initial service enquiry, do not attach a medicines list, blood results, identity documents or other sensitive health information. We can explain the appropriate route if information is needed. Never send passwords, full payment-card details or genetic data by email.

You may find the answer in our package comparison or step-by-step guide. General email is for support with the service; it is not a clinical consultation or a route to an urgent prescription.

Help with your account or an existing review

Sign in to your patient account to view your review and the information available there. If you cannot sign in, use the password-recovery link on the sign-in page. Keep the email address associated with the account available when asking us for help.

For a support enquiry, include your review reference if you have one, the page where the problem occurred and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help with a technical fault, but remove personal or clinical information from it first. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing confidential account details.

If you believe a report contains an error, identify the review and the part you are concerned about. Do not change treatment while waiting for clarification. For a health concern that needs assessment, contact your usual healthcare professional rather than relying on a support email.

If you are helping someone else, explain your relationship and whether you have their permission or other lawful authority. We cannot discuss another adult’s confidential information simply because someone knows their email address.

Privacy requests, corrections and complaints

For a request about your personal information, email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. The privacy notice explains how information is used, retained and protected, and how to exercise your rights. Please describe the request without sending extra health information that is not needed.

To make a complaint, use “Complaint” in the subject and follow the complaints procedure. It sets out what to include, acknowledgement and response targets, and escalation routes. For a cancellation or refund enquiry, include “Cancellation” or “Refund enquiry” and your review reference; the service terms explain the applicable rights and conditions.

If you spot an issue in a public article, send its page address and the statement you think needs checking. Our editorial policy explains how we distinguish general content from a personalised pharmacist review.

When the question cannot wait

The NHS explains when to use NHS 111 and the routes in each UK nation (opens in a new tab), and when to call 999 (opens in a new tab). Follow advice already given by your clinician or testing service about urgent results.
