Higher tiers add review depth, consultation time or delivery options. A safety finding the pharmacist judges important is not withheld because of the package you choose.

Optional extras and the final total
A video review can be added where it is not already included for £49.00. A printed and posted report costs £9.99 where it is not included in the package. Diamond already includes the printed report; Gold and Diamond already include their package consultation.
Your order total reflects the selected package, delivery choice and any additional service you select, together with any valid discount. Check the order summary before confirming. You do not need to buy every optional extra to receive the review described in your package.
What no package includes
MedReview is an advisory medicines service. No package provides a diagnosis, a new prescription, an emergency assessment or permission to change treatment yourself. It does not automatically access your NHS record or replace your usual appointments and monitoring.
Diamond’s more detailed treatment-history review is not a pharmacogenomic service. Genetic-report interpretation is not currently offered. Do not upload genetic results or raw DNA files.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
The selected package, extras and price shown when you order form part of the service agreement. Payment is normally confirmed before a pharmacist starts work, unless a valid discount covers the total. Where a complimentary or pilot review is offered, the confirmed order states that there is no charge. This does not promise that future reviews will be free. There is no ongoing subscription or automatic renewal.
Read the terms of service before ordering. They explain cancellation rights, requests to begin work during the cancellation period, deductions for work already completed and what happens if we cannot provide the purchased service. If you need help with an existing order, use our contact page and include your review reference rather than sensitive clinical details.
Choose around your questions
Start with the question you want answered. Are you looking for a safety check, a fuller discussion of possible unwanted effects and treatment burden, or time to talk through a report? Compare those needs with the actual inclusions above. A more expensive package is not automatically the right choice for everyone.
You can also ask your GP practice or usual pharmacist about NHS support. A private review works alongside your existing care. If you need a prescription, a diagnostic assessment or urgent help, contact the appropriate healthcare service directly.
